DA NanoMaterials Receives MICRO 2002 Product “All-Star” Award

January 13, 2003 - Each fall, MICRO Magazine selects its Product All-Stars based on the feedback it receives from readers—people who work in semiconductor manufacturing facilities (fabs) and related facilities. Twenty-five products were selected among this year's winners, including Ascend™ OX-200 colloidal silica slurry, a product of DuPont Air Products NanoMaterials L.L.C (DA NanoMaterials).

The Ascend slurry contains low levels of metals and sodium and is recommended for integrated circuit manufacturing applications that may be sensitive to these impurities. The product was launched last April at SEMICON® Europa.
